Haulers can't pewpew?

I managed to undock in the wrong ship and make it to the site I was going to do. I went to lock on an NPC and shoot it when I realized that I was in my hauler and had no gun or any pewpew capabilities.

*sigh*

I was punished for the huge attention lapse. The site despawned while I warped out and came back to it. Poor me.

Later, I found another Radar and a Mag site as well. While I had almost finished the Radar one of the larger more vicious PvP corps jumped into system. Because I was watching my dscan I was able to catch their scout, who was a cloaky falcon right before they came in. Once they decided to hang around for a bit I decided to pull my drones and leave my site. I had pulled one object out of it so the entire site was not a loss. Thankfully, when I came back it was still there and I managed to crack a few more goodies out of the cans. All told, it is about 20 mil worth of stuff for the hour it took me to find and pull it. Not bad. It'd be faster if I was better at killing the rats. I also keep finding angel chemical labs but I cant tank them. Its frustrating.

The second site was meh. At least there was stuff in it. As I finished it up, said corp came back through the system. I finished and docked. I need to go to work and I'm just not in the mood to play with them.

To top off my day, the contract I had up for the goodies dropped by the faction spawn the other day sold. 165mil for zero effort on my part. It was not even a large rat that dropped the shiny bit of shiny.

Maybe one day!

[15:32:10] Trig Vaulter > Sugar Kyle Nice bio - so carebear sweet - oh you have a 50m ISK bounty - so someday more grizzly  [15:32:38 ] Sugar Kyle > /emote raises an eyebrow to Trig  [15:32:40 ] Sugar Kyle > okay :)  [15:32:52 ] Sugar Kyle > maybe one day I will try PvP out When I logged in one of the first things I did was answer a question in Eve Uni Public Help. It was a random question that I knew the answer of. I have 'Sugar' as a keyword so it highlights green and catches my attention. This made me chuckle. Maybe I'll have to go and see what it is like to shoot a ship one day? I could not help but smile. Basi suggested that I put my Titan killmail in my bio and assert my badassery. I figure, naw. It was a roll of the dice that landed me that kill mail. It doesn't define me as a person. Bios are interesting. The idea of a biography is a way to personalize your account. You can learn a lot about a person by what they choose to put in their bio

Taboo Questions

Let us talk contentious things. What about high sec? When will CCP pay attention to high sec and those that cannot spend their time in dangerous space?  This is somewhat how the day started, sparked by a question from an anonymous poster. Speaking about high sec, in general, is one of the hardest things to do. The amount of emotion wrapped around the topic is staggering. There are people who want to stay in high sec and nothing will make them leave. There are people who want no one to stay in high sec and wish to cripple everything about it. There are people in between, but the two extremes are large and emotional in discussion. My belief is simple. If a player wishes to live in high sec, I do not believe that anything will make them leave that is not their own curiosity. I do not believe that we can beat people out of high sec or destroy it until they go to other areas of space. Sometimes, I think we forget that every player has the option to not log back in. We want them to log

TCS: Riding the Expansion

Odyssey was bound to bring changes. However, in my relative inexperience and ignorance I didn't expect the market to do all the terrible things that it did. I expected some of it. I flirted with speculation and stockpiled on various things. I understood that some prices would change but I didn't expect to stare at the window of 30+ million is CovOps frigates. The Laws of Supply and Demand are simple: If demand increases and supply remains unchanged, a shortage occurs, leading to a higher equilibrium price. If demand decreases and supply remains unchanged, a surplus occurs, leading to a lower equilibrium price. If demand remains unchanged and supply increases, a surplus occurs, leading to a lower equilibrium price. If demand remains unchanged and supply decreases, a shortage occurs, leading to a higher equilibrium price. Eve lives under these laws. Players make the items and place them on the market. Items are only worth what people will pay for them. People will
